If you find you're a good fit, you'll sign an Income Share Agreement (ISA). Your mentor and SharpestMinds continue to invest in your success through our ISA. Once you land a job, you'll repay that investment with a small share of your monthly pre-tax salary for 12 months. If you don't land a qualifying job, you won't owe a cent.
